HCU-155AF is an ultra compact 15 × 15mm USB camera module that combines 5MP high-resolution imaging with fast autofocus (AF), 30fps real-time frame rate, and built-in microphone. It is designed specifically for embedded integration of document scanners, facial recognition terminals, video conferencing systems, self-service kiosks, and industrial inspection equipment, addressing three persistent OEM integration pain points:
1. When the object distance changes, the image blurs – the fast VCM autofocus lens tracks moving objects and changing working distances in real time, keeping text, barcodes, faces, and small parts clear without the need for manual refocusing; Focus locked within 1 second for quick scanning and recognition.
2. Balance between resolution and real-time frame rate -5MP (2592 × 1944) resolution, full 30fps, can provide fine details for scanning/inspection, as well as smooth real-time video for facial recognition and conferences.
